Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect your device for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
